By integrating our platform with your accounts package, we receive data from your accounts package including debtor and creditors ledgers and contact details which will be used for the purpose of providing you with business finance products. 1.5 Information about your business and any other details regarding your application when you are referred by a third party partner.

You are the existing data controller in respect of such data and you should ensure that you have the requisite consent or legitimate purpose to transfer that data to us.
