By integrating our platform with your accounts package, we receive data from your accounts package including debtor and creditors ledgers and contact details which will be used for the purpose of providing you with business finance products. 1.5 Information about your business and any other details regarding your application when you are referred by a third party partner. 


Where you provide us with personal data relating to your employees, customers or third parties, this will be considered third party data. You are the existing data controller in respect of such data and you should ensure that you have the requisite consent or legitimate purpose to transfer that data to us. Further, you must be able to demonstrate that you are fully compliant with data protection legislation.
